Lindsay & Jason have been an absolute dream to get to know this past year. Shortly after meeting them for the first time to book their wedding photography, we began discussing their engagement session ideas. It wasn’t long after that, that Lindsay & I started making plans for her bridal boudoir session! It was around that time, that Lindsay & I both got into Pinterest, so of course we started sharing pictures and came up with a stunning collection of boudoir inspiration. It’s always so wonderful to have so many opportunities to talk and work together before the wedding day, and I realized very quickly, that they were super fun to photograph. Lindsay has a natural ability to work the camera, and Jason, while he claims to hate having his picture taken, does a pretty darn good job of it!
Their wedding day was beautiful, despite it being a little chilly in comparison to the weather we had been having in the days prior. Luckily, indoor wedding portraits at The Westin is a pretty good back up plan! The sultry bride and groom portraits that we did in their presidential suite were stunning, and ended up being a nice 20 minute getaway from the crowd. Lindsay & Jason were able to take a moment to themselves for those portraits and the results are a very romantic set of wedding photographs that are a little bit different than you typically see these days. Once we headed to the wedding reception, I’ve never seen a group have more fun on the dance floor. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to witness and be a part of such a fun group of people!
